Ledgerock is located in Old Forge, NY. Walking distance to the town of Old Forge. The property is on the waterfront and has a dock available for boaters.

Our Rental Villa is stocked with essentials such as a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove, oven, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, CableTV and internet. High Speed WiFi is available within the unit at not additional charge. The WiFI SSID and Key will be provided on your arrival. There are TVs in the rentual unit with CableTV service. These are also smart TVs permitting you to connect with your Netflix, Hulu or many other streaming services that you may have. The rental unit includes bedding, pillows, linens, towels and so forth enough for the maxinum number of guests in the villa.

One might think that this is a difficult question in the Adirondacks but it most certainly is not. Both are well stocked markets to fulfill your culinary or health needs. We recommend you check their hours if you are arriving late as in the off seasons the hours may be adjusted.

Appropriate seasonal clothing. Remember winters can be very cold. Summer can be very warm during the day and can be pretty cool at night. Toiletries (Toothpaste, Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap, etc.) Bugspray Chargers for your devices Any comforts of home that you like to have around. Groceries, extra trash bags, tin foil/zip lock bags. Extra toilet paper there is always enough for a few days we leave. If you intend to use our fire pit which is of course at your own risk you will need to bring wood or it can be purchased around town pretty easily. Please do not leave fire unarttended. We are on the water and have a dock. Please exercise caution and always supervise children. You can bring your own boat or kayak and so forth or rent one walking distance for the house at places like Rivets. You MUST bring or rent your own safety gear such as a life jacket and so forth. All water activities are at your own risk and we do not provide any supervision for these activities. If you forget any of the above there are many places around town just a short walk or few minute drive away to pickup anything you left behind so don't be too worried about forgetting anything.

We typically do not permit pets in our rental unit. On occassion exceptions are made depending on the particular circumstances of the request. If an exception to our policy is made there will be an additional cleaning fee assessed so a more intensive cleaning of the unit can be performed. Additionally a greater damage deposit would be requested.

Yes, we have room for a boat or snowmobile trailer on our property. We simply ask that it be parked such that it does not block the driveway or grages.

Yes, of course. We have plenty of room for parking. Your rental comes with one premium spot. There is additional parking to the sides for several more vehicles we just ask that you not block our driveway or garages.
